Note to AFRAA Route Intelligence users

This Cancellation and Refund Policy is relative to the AFRAA Route Intelligence portal ("Service") provided by Milanamos SAS ("Milanamos," "Company," "we," "us," or "our").

1. Cancellation Policy:

1.1. Monthly Subscriptions:

  • Customers can cancel their monthly subscription at any time.
  • To cancel, users must log in to their Milanamos account and navigate to the subscription management section.
  • The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

1.2. Annual Subscriptions:

  • Annual subscriptions can be canceled within the first 30 days for a full refund.
  • After the initial 30 days, customers can still cancel, but the refund will be prorated based on the remaining subscription period.

1.3. Cancellation Process:

  • Customers can initiate the cancellation process through the Milanamos website or by contacting customer support.
  • Cancellations are effective only upon confirmation from Milanamos.

2. Refund Policy:

2.1. Monthly Subscriptions:

  • Milanamos does not provide refunds for the current billing cycle but will not charge for subsequent cycles after cancellation.

2.2. Annual Subscriptions:

  • Refunds are available for annual subscriptions within the first 30 days of the initial purchase.
  • After the initial 30 days, refunds will be prorated based on the remaining subscription period.

2.3. Refund Process:

  • Refund requests must be submitted through the Milanamos website or by contacting customer support.
  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

3. Exceptions:

3.1. Technical Issues:

  • In the case of significant technical issues preventing the use of the Milanamos service, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

3.2. Unauthorized Access:

  • If there is evidence of unauthorized access or use of the subscription, Milanamos reserves the right to investigate and, if necessary, refund the affected party.
